This case illustrates retrocecal appendicitis should be considered as one of the differential diagnoses for earlier surgical intervention if a patient exhibits such atypical clinical manifestations accompanied with an elongated tubule structure of the right abdomen by sonography 所以这个病例揭示我们如果病人有右上腹疼痛且超音波显示右腹有一长条形管状结构时，急性阑尾炎应该也要列入临床诊断的考量之一，以便能及早开刀处置。
